Their recruiting team will review your resume, and if the hiring manager believes you’re a “good fit,” they’ll set up an initial phone interview with HR. During this interview, you’ll learn about the position you applied for and be given the opportunity to sell your background and qualifications. If all goes well, you’ll be asked to participate in a follow-up interview--either by phone or face to face in one of their local offices. Here, you’ll likely meet with a number of Solar City employees for about 30 to 45 minutes. They usually conduct as many as three rounds of interviews for any open position.
For some positions, you may need to take a short quiz to assess your job knowledge and skills. You may even be asked to complete an assignment related to the position. So be prepared.
