    Job Profile Summary

    We are seeking an experienced digital solutions leader to join our X-ray team to lead the portfolio of digital products. The Digital and AI Product Manager will drive the development, launch, and growth of AI-powered and digital solutions within our X-ray business. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, and a passion for innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital products address customer needs and maintain market leadership.

    In this role, you will leverage your expertise in product management, AI/engineering, and business development to manage and expand our portfolio of AI, digital, and workflow features. Your goal will be to lead cross-functional organization in organic development, while also driving business development and partnership initiatives to accelerate our go-to-market plans.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Product Strategy and Vision

    • Define and communicate the strategic vision for digital and AI solutions within the X-ray product line.

    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

    Product Development

    • Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and AI teams to develop innovative solutions, from concept to launch.

    • Create and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.

    • Oversee product lifecycle management, including enhancements and sunset strategies.

    • Drive delivery against product roadmaps

    • Develop and refine go-to-market strategies, ensuring product profitability, growth, and pipeline health.

    Business Development

    • Evaluate third-party AI solutions and incorporate them into the product roadmap as appropriate.

    • Establish partnerships with external AI solution providers to enhance product offerings.

    Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

    • Engage with healthcare providers, radiologists, and other stakeholders to gather insights and validate product requirements.

    • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners

    Market and Regulatory Expertise

    • Stay informed on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance for AI and digital products.

    • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies to maintain a leadership position.

    • Lead regulatory clearance processes for Digital/AI products globally

    Performance Metrics

    • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and adoption.

    • Use data-driven insights to optimize product features and performance.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).

    • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, digital solutions, or AI technologies.

    • Strong understanding of X-ray systems and medical imaging workflows.

    • Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in healthcare.

    • Proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.

    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Desired Characteristics

    • Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., FDA, CE, HIPAA).

    • Hands-on experience with data analytics platforms and tools.

    • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and interoperability standards in healthcare (e.g., DICOM, HL7, FHIR).

    • Demonstrated customer engagement experience within healthcare

    • Agile and SaaS development knowledge
