    Location: CA2251-El Segundo-101 Continental Blvd

    Hours/Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

    Assignment Duration: 1/13/25 - 1/31/25

    Bill Rate: $20 to $27

    Job Description:

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

    • Coordinate building and/or equipment service requests as needed.

    • Provide administrative support to the Workplace Experience team, including:

    • Expense management.

    • Meeting coordination.

    • Office and workplace equipment care.

    • Supply management.

    • Maintain the accuracy, production, quality, and retention of program materials, which may include administration of SharePoint sites or similar platforms.

    • Ensure all client and company materials comply with branding guidelines.

    • Utilize and maintain databases and other digital tools associated with service delivery.

    • Process and ensure accurate billing for business services.

    • Attend move meetings and coordinate relocations with client contacts.

    • Respond to customer requests and complaints regarding Workplace Experience services.

    • Maintain vendor relationships, ensuring proper documentation (proof of insurance, contracts) is up to date.

    • Administer onboarding processes for Workplace Experience team members and third-party service providers, including orientation, training, and equipment/software orders.

    Requirements :

    Experience :

    • Minimum 1+ year of related experience (e.g., Front Desk, Concierge, Hospitality, Room Management, or Customer Service roles).

    Education :

    • High School Diploma required.

    Systems/Software Proficiencies :

    • Microsoft Office Suite.

    Certifications/Licenses :

    • None required.

    Skills :

    • Must-Have :

    • Strong customer-facing skills.

    • Personable demeanor.

    • Strong communication skills.

    • Nice-to-Have :

    • Proficiency in managing databases or SharePoint.

    Interview Process :

    • 1 round, format to be determined.
