    Leads, coaches, guides, advises, mentors, recruits, develops, and manages a team that drives sales for the biggest wireless brands in the industry by motivating a team of part-time and/or full-time Wireless Professionals/Specialists to achieve sales and business targets. Sales Managers are assigned a territory of two to five retail stores. Responsible for building and maintaining long-term trusting partnerships with store leadership and associates. Maintains current industry specific detailed technical knowledge. Forges synergy by maintaining effective business relationships at all levels with a team-based culture of inclusion. Uses rigid ethical considerations to guide decisions and act in accordance with Company vales. Exceptional skills in customer service, time management, self-confidence, flexibility, analysis, accountability, practicality, presentation, and communication.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drives sales by leading a team of high-performance sales representatives.

    • Coaches and trains the team to continuously improve sales performance.

    • Builds and maintains long-term trusting relationships with representatives, management/corporate support teams and the local Client team.

    • Evaluates, recommends and implements all operational 'best practices' that support, promote, or enhance business direction, and desired outcomes.

    • Creates a culture of performance excellence that attracts and retains top talent.

    • Communicates via assigned methods (verbal, written, formal presentation) to management all assigned reports on region/territory and/or representative/team activities by assigned due dates.

    • Maintains awareness of all issues that arise from staff, client, or customers.

    • Follows through with action plans timely and consistently in collaboration with management and/or Human Resources within forty-eight (48) hours.

    • Educates representatives on all aspects of position assignments/service orders to effectively position client product and process success.

    • Ensures team meets productivity and performance requirements. Assists team to overcome challenges regarding reaching metrics and other performance issues.

    • Complies with contract budget.

    • Meets regularly with management and support services teams to ensure excellent customer service and to ensure that client/contract expectations are being met or exceeded.

    • Proactively recruits, interviews, and hires Wireless Professionals/Specialists.

    • Ensures that all candidates are screened and interviewed in a legal, professional.

    • manner and on a timely basis, maintaining staffing levels consistent with

    • contractual obligations.

    • Ensures position requisitions are accurate and provided on time per system and

    • Recruiting Department requirements.

    • Contacts all internal and external candidate leads received within twenty-four.

    • (24) hours and maintains applicant tracking system status compliance as

    • Provides detailed on-boarding, orientation, and termination information to

    • team members, in collaboration with management and Human Resources.

    • Ensures completion of on-boarding requirements within one (1) to four (4) days

    • of offer extension.

    • Ensures all new hire employment processes are completed accurately, timely,

    • legally, and in compliance with Company and/or client policies and

    • Follows up with representatives on late and/or missing data.

    • Accountable for ensuring that team members receive all necessary product and

    • technology training to achieve expected successful proficiency levels and/or

    • service order compliance.

    • Forges synergy by maintaining smooth, effective work relationships at all levels.

    • Promotes a winning, team-based culture of inclusion.

    • Aligns resources to accomplish all objectives.

    • Other duties as assigned to improve performance of self or others.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Education and Work Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in industry name required.

    • 2 years management experience in retail sales environment.

    • Excellent communication skill required.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Proven Track record in multi-tasking, demand management, problem solving, organization, and prioritization skills.

    • Ability to drive results by leading others.
