Schedule: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday

Key Responsibilities

Operate and Set-Up Machinery: Install, adjust, repair, test, and calibrate machine tools and industrial machines.

• Tooling Change-Over: Break down and set up machines, ensuring parts produced are within specifications

• Basic Machining Skills: Focus on shop tool safety

• Troubleshooting: Perform mechanical and basic electrical repairs on production equipment

• Keeping Maintenance Records: Maintain accurate maintenance records

• Providing Production Support: Operate and run production equipment as needed to support production and operations

• Minimizing Production Downtime: Implement programs to standardize and reduce production changeovers and machine downtime

Key Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

• Manufacturing Setting: Experience working in a manufacturing or production setting preferred

• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and maintenance management systems
