  • The Wealth Business Analyst II for providing analytical and administrative support on execution of divisional, group and team projects including but not limited to, performing reporting, analytics, insights and process reviews while also serving as a subject-matter expert for various bank and Wealth systems, products, services and processes. Participates in project management activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain periodic leadership reports and analyses related to business performance, system functionality, training, and/or departmental initiatives necessary to management.

    • Serve as a subject-matter expert for assigned area around divisional products, services, systems and policies/procedures.

    • Assist and collaborate in the various stages and phases of strategic planning and project management as needed on divisional initiatives, contributing meaningful insights.

    • Conduct industry research and competitive analysis as needed.

    • Continued focus on process improvement.

    • Perform various administrative tasks such as creating presentations, organizing meetings, assembling marketing materials, etc.

    • Assist with training staff on new processes, systems, programs, etc.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in analytical role within financial services industry

    Professional Qualifications

    • Master's degree in marketing or business administration

    • Graduate of an enterprise sponsored Leadership Development Program Banking or financial services experience, with an emphasis on the Brokerage & Private Banking and Wealth client segments

    • Knowledge of Operational Procedures and systems Knowledge of SAS or statistical software

    • Familiarity with training and continuing education requirements for professional credentials such as National Association of Securities Dealers Licensing (7, 63, 65, 24, etc.), Certified Financial Planner, Certified Public Accountant, and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor

    Professional Qualifications

    • Strong quantitative analysis skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to effectively lead meetings with various key partners and collaborate with individuals at any level of the organization

    • Ability to work independently

    • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
