Weston & Sampson is seeking a Project Engineer with 5-10 years of experience. This position will perform both field and office work in multiple disciplines such as water, wastewater, site design and drainage.
What you’ll do:
Effective client management
Preparation of plans, specifications, and permit applications for Municipal infrastructure including water, wastewater, and stormwater related projects
Water, wastewater, storm water design including hydrology and hydraulic studies, reports, site plans, grading and utility plans and profiles, and erosion control plans
Attendance at regulatory land use meetings may also be required
Responsibilities will expand as experience is gained
What you will bring:
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required
PE certification preferred
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with I/I and SSES studies, and municipal infrastructure
Strong AutoCAD skills preferred
Willingness complete multiple tasks concurrently
Some local travel may be required
Must have a valid driver's license
