  • Warehouse Operator III's will move goods in and out of a warehouse or stockroom. Prepare outgoing stock for delivery and operate forklifts and order picking machines to retrieve and store stock. Cycle count and maintain accurate inventory data.     In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

    • Perform vital Material Handling functions (including, but not limited to, ordering material, picking material, putting away material, cycle counting, purging for quality purges, etc.)

    • Deliver materials throughout site

    • Responsible for supervising shortages via Gemba/Kaizen newspaper

    • Perform heavy pack operations

    • Receive, put away, pick, pack, and process shipments in SAP

    • Operate and process shipments on the multi-carrier shipping system

    • Interact daily with Customer Care and other functions (Materials, Sourcing, Quality, etc.) to resolve issues

    • Ensure quality of materials meet standard/inspect for damages

    • Audit and report on picking, packing, and shipping error data collection, prevention, overdue work, and clean-up

    • Use SAP and MES System as needed to maintain accurate inventory data

    • Participation in annual physical inventory as needed

    • Actively participate in Lean projects (i.e., data gathering, analysis and reporting)

    • Operate material moving equipment including pallet jacks, fork trucks, and pick trucks

    • Maintain active powered industrial truck qualification and operate material moving equipment including pallet jacks, fork trucks, and pick trucks

    • Handle hazardous materials following required standards

    • Actively involved in continuous improvement events such as Kaizen

    • Navigate PC/software as required

    • Complete all training as required

    Work environment:

    • Manufacturing environment

    • May experience intemperate temperatures

    For This Role, You Will Need:

    • High school diploma or GED

    • Ability to understand verbal and written directions

    • Experience using PC and Microsoft Outlook

    • 1-2 years of understanding inventory control systems, such as SAP

    • Shipping logistics experience

    • Physical demands:

    • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

    • Must be able to distinguish colors

    • Able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

    Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

    • Previous experience in manufacturing warehouse setting
