    The Warehouse Lead/Trainer is responsible for maintaining the daily work flow and objectives within the Warehouse team. This includes pulling inventory, cycle count and kitting product for shipping. The Lead/Trainer is responsible to train the Warehouse team and new hires in the areas of compliance, processes and procedures. Provides administrative support in tracking employee training and training KPI's for the Warehouse team. This position will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and will also work closely with the other Operations Managers and Safety Manager.

    • Leads by example to create a culture of strong work ethics by being on time, positive and solution oriented.

    • Coordinates with all departments within NAT to make sure product is pulled and kitted on time.

    • Works with Production Control and Quality on part issues

    • Oversee cycle count process in partnership with Finance.

    • Maintains warehouse stocking strategy for positive inventory levels, safety standards and efficiency in pulling parts.

    • Identifies conflicts with the program and develops effective solutions

    • Properly create and close job orders

    • Delegate work assignments to individuals on the team

    • Maintains and inputs maintenance items

    • Leads day-to-day responsibilities and processes for the receiving department, stores and kitting areas.

    • Leads by example in following all safety rules and regulations when completing job responsibilities

    • Helps Warehouse Supervisor create skills and training matrix

    • Conducts Skill Assessments for Warehouse employees

    • Delivers hands on training to Warehouse New Hires, and Safran process training based on Quality procuderes

    • Maintains training documents which includes handouts, and training within the Safran TMS.

    • Maintains accurate training records.

    • Proven ability to train others.

    • Provides training feedback and recommendations to the Warehouse Supervisor and Manager

    • Creates training KPI's and action plans to ensure training efficacy

    • Works closely with the supervisor on employee, process, safety and other department objective concerns.

    The expected salary range for this position is between $44,428.80 - $69,804.80 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.

    Job Requirements

    • Production training experience preferred.

    Qualifications

    Education: High school diploma or GED required.

    Experience: 5 years working knowledge of receiving, kitting and stores departments within Aerospace, preferred

    Computer Skill

    • Basic skills in Word and Excel

    • Basic data analysis skills

    • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
