Warehouse Inventory Parts Clerk - part time

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Parts Clerk to join their team. As a Warehouse Inventory Parts Clerk, you will be part of the warehouse department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Part time evening Warehouse Inventory Parts Clerk

Location: Westside of Jacksonville, FL

Shift : 4pm - 10pm - Mon, Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun (off Thurs Fri)

Pay Range: $16.75 - 19.15 per hour

What's the Job?

• Manage inventory of spare parts and MRO materials, tracking stock levels, and ensuring sufficient quantities are available to meet demands.

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against orders, conduct quality inspections, and ensure compliance with specifications.

• Accurately catalog, label, and organize parts and materials within the warehouse for easy retrieval and accessibility.

• Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, distributions, returns, and discrepancies, utilizing inventory management systems such as SAP.

• Process requests for spare parts efficiently, picking items from inventory, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring timely delivery to the designated departments or customers.
