Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Candidates will start with SOP/H&S training for the first few hours in the lunchroom. After this, they will move immediately to order picking via iPads. They might also rotate into the carts and totes area where they will be doing repetitive lifting up to 15lbs, clearing bins from the trucks, and checking the bins for returned products/garbage. They will then put the garbage into the compactors. This role is to help cover the busy season until mid-January, at which point the positions will be evaluated.

Responsibilities

• Lift up to 15lbs clearing bins from trucks.

• Dispose of garbage into compactors.

Essential Skills

• Experience with order picking.

• General labor and warehouse experience.

• Proficiency with RF scanners.

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

• Basic English proficiency.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare.

• Experience using walkies.

Work Environment

The facility is brand new, fast-paced, and large with a clean, well-lit, and spacious lunchroom. It is a diverse environment with a strong focus on safety. Steel-toed shoes are required, and vests are provided. Shifts are available in the following times: Days (6:45 AM - 3:00 PM), Afternoons (2:45 PM - 11:00 PM), and Nights (10:45 PM - 7:10 AM, Sunday through Thursday). Employees get a 30-minute unpaid lunch and a paid 15-minute break, with the option to leave 15 minutes earlier instead of taking a second paid 15-minute break.
