    The Warehouse Administrative Assistant will be responsible for all administrative/computer tasks related to all departments within the distribution center. 

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Running pick tickets frequently to keep up with demand

    • Printing item, package, and shipping labels for orders and matching with pick tickets

    • Posting shipped orders

    • Entering item and package details to build shipments

    • Scanning daily receipts and shipments for electronic filing

    • Receiving shipments electronically

    • Reclassing inventory between locations and bins

    • Entering tracking information and shipping costs

    • Receiving returns

    • Obtaining quotes for transportation using email and 3PL websites

    • Creating Bills of Lading and shipping labels

    • Sending eBay listing requests

    • Initiating freight claims

    • Data entry

    • Record keeping

    • Other tasks as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Strong computer skills needed.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Products such as Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.

    • Experience with Business Central, Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Walmart and carrier websites a plus

    • Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities

    • Detail oriented.

    • Education level: High School Diploma or equivalent

    Work Environment:

    The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

    Temperature ranges between 60 – 90 degrees
