Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement a long-term strategy for Professional Services that aligns with the overarching business goals of the organization
Create and communicate an inspiring vision for the organization that resonates across all levels
Champion initiatives that drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across service delivery
Work closely with Sales, Support, and Product Management departments to align strategies, enhance product offerings, and ensure seamless customer experiences while fostering a culture of collaboration and partnership
Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Design and execute comprehensive customer success programs that enhance satisfaction and retention
Lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing Professional Services team
Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the team
Strategically identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities within the Professional Services domain
Collaborate on the development and implementation of pricing strategies and sales enablement initiatives
Manage the entire lifecycle of Professional Services, including implementation, customer enablement, support transitions, and consulting services
Streamline service delivery processes and implement industry best practices
Drive the development of innovative business models that create value for all stakeholders, challenging traditional approaches
Develop and manage the Professional Services budget, ensuring financial targets are met
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the HR and payroll industry, including regulatory compliance and emerging trends
Experience and Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in a leadership role within Software Delivery, with a proven record of accomplishment in the SaaS industry
Proven track record of leading and scaling Professional Services organizations within the HR and payroll sector
Excellent Executive-level communication, interpersonal, team management and leadership skills, with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and enhancing profitability
Strategic thinking and business acumen, with a deep understanding of SaaS pricing models and financial metrics
Deep understanding of customer-centric business models and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all organizational levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making
Robust operational mindset with experience in leading value streams that deliver exceptional customer outcomes
Ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels, fostering a shared vision and commitment to excellence
Capacity to think and act strategically, proactively addressing challenges and opportunities
Proven ability to demonstrate an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset through past experiences
Strong writing and presentation skills, effectively conveying complex ideas and strategies
Professional Services in the Human Capital Management or Workforce Management industry is a plus but not required

The pay range for this position is $227,600 to $327,200 USD, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
