Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement a long-term strategy for Professional Services that aligns with the overarching business goals of the organization

• Create and communicate an inspiring vision for the organization that resonates across all levels

• Champion initiatives that drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across service delivery

• Work closely with Sales, Support, and Product Management departments to align strategies, enhance product offerings, and ensure seamless customer experiences while fostering a culture of collaboration and partnership

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

• Design and execute comprehensive customer success programs that enhance satisfaction and retention

• Lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing Professional Services team

• Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the team

• Strategically identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities within the Professional Services domain

• Collaborate on the development and implementation of pricing strategies and sales enablement initiatives

• Manage the entire lifecycle of Professional Services, including implementation, customer enablement, support transitions, and consulting services

• Streamline service delivery processes and implement industry best practices

• Drive the development of innovative business models that create value for all stakeholders, challenging traditional approaches

• Develop and manage the Professional Services budget, ensuring financial targets are met

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the HR and payroll industry, including regulatory compliance and emerging trends

Experience and Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in a leadership role within Software Delivery, with a proven record of accomplishment in the SaaS industry

• Proven track record of leading and scaling Professional Services organizations within the HR and payroll sector

• Excellent Executive-level communication, interpersonal, team management and leadership skills, with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and enhancing profitability

• Strategic thinking and business acumen, with a deep understanding of SaaS pricing models and financial metrics

• Deep understanding of customer-centric business models and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all organizational levels

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making

• Robust operational mindset with experience in leading value streams that deliver exceptional customer outcomes

• Ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels, fostering a shared vision and commitment to excellence

• Capacity to think and act strategically, proactively addressing challenges and opportunities

• Proven ability to demonstrate an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset through past experiences

• Strong writing and presentation skills, effectively conveying complex ideas and strategies

• Professional Services in the Human Capital Management or Workforce Management industry is a plus but not required

The pay range for this position is $227,600 to $327,200 USD, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
