Position Summary:
The Vice President of Marketing (VPM) is a visionary leader who is a significant part of the company's Executive Committee. VPM will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance market presence. Also oversees and provides guidance and leadership of the marketing department to shape the team and the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns that ensures timely identification and implementation. Provide direction of the marketing strategy and plan to support product development and monitoring of trends in the market to ensure identification of the need for new products and services. This person is responsible for cultivating strong cross-functional partnerships across our teams, developing tools and structures for communication and reporting. The VPM will report to the Senior Vice President.

People Management:
Lead, direct, mentor, and manage the Marketing and Sales Support Team. The VPM is responsible for the overall direction and performance of the teams.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with ALLDATA's policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include interviewing, training, and motivating employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and managing people and resources.
Effectively build productive working relationships with direct reports, peers, leadership, and other departments.
Manage the career growth and development of the team by driving focus on ALLDATA's Core Values. Play a critical role in building management depth by providing guidance and mentorship to his team and be a role model.
Technical Responsibility:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify market trends, customer insights, and evaluate competitive landscape regularly to inform marketing decisions.
Collaborate with the senior leadership of all departments on marketing strategies and programs aligned to their goals and set marketing goals and KPIs.
Collaborate with product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product introductions. Plan and execute product launch strategies, including market research, messaging, and promotional tactics.
Maintain and continuously improve brand positioning and identity by designing and managing digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing and online advertising.
Drive eCommerce growth leveraging data analytics, search & browse, and media campaigns to enhance online visibility and increase sales.
Oversee the strategy and management of digital marketing team for content across our website, email campaigns, retargeting media, and other platforms.
Use customer and stakeholder feedback to make improvements and adjustments to marketing strategy
Assess strategies regularly with plans to pivot as needed based on market indications of changing needs
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creative thinking and continuous learning
Performs other projects or duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or other relevant field or relevant experience. MBA is preferred
Must have at least 10+ years marketing experience in a management level role, ideally within the technology or automotive sector.
Experience leading a team focused on growth and SaaS marketing.
Demonstrated success in branding, product marketing, and demand generation for B2B and B2C markets.
Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and CRM platforms.
Initiate market research studies or analyze their findings to develop marketing strategy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, understand workflows and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization utilizing multiple models.

Salary: $126,000 - $221,000
Compensation Range (USD): MIN 126000.0 - MID 173500.0 - MAX 221000.0
