    We are seeking a dedicated and strategic individual to fill the role of VP Marketing in our telecom provider team based in Miami Lakes, Florida. The chosen candidate will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. This role involves working cross-functionally to optimize customer engagement, analyze market trends, and monitor performance metrics.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop comprehensive growth strategies and plans to achieve the company's growth objectives

    • Utilize internal data and external research to drive data-driven decision-making

    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance understanding of customer journeys

    • Develop the brand positioning and messaging required to build and maintain a strong brand preference

    • Develop a plan to enhance our product/service offerings, customer experience, and pricing strategy

    • Create and implement programs that will support the growth strategies and improve market share

    • Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives

    • Use skills in Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, Facebook Insights, Advertisements, Brand Awareness, Consulting, Contracts, Design, Drive Lead Generation, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics to perform tasks effectively

    Requirements

    • Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing leadership role

    • Proven proficiency in Cloud Technologies

    • Demonstrated experience with CRM and Database management

    • Knowledge and experience with EO/IR systems is required

    • Familiarity with Facebook Insights is essential

    • Proven track record in creating and implementing successful Advertisement campaigns

    • Demonstrated ability to increase Brand Awareness

    • Prior experience in Consulting roles is beneficial

    • Ability to negotiate and manage Contracts

    • Strong Design skills, particularly in relation to marketing materials

    • Proven ability to Drive Lead Generation

    • Experience with Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics is necessary

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong leadership and team management skills

    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans

    • Proven ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to marketing strategies.
