VP/Director of Finance

Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Director of Finance to come into an amazing non-profit organization leading their entities and teams to business excellence. Great benefits and work/life balance position. Please Apply!

1. Manage day to day accounting and financial operations.

2. Strong leadership background for mentorship, career growth for two controllers, staff accountants, financial analyst, ap clerk, ar clerk, and incoming billing clerk.

3. Complete ownership of budget process.

4. Own the audit process soup to nuts.

5. Review, monitor, and ensure accurate financials; right hand person to CFO- CFO handles only strategic items.

6. CFO very much handles the strategic high-level items. This Director of Finance will own and lead all operations and financials. Stand-alone leader.

7. Ability to get into the day-to-day weeds within non-profit industry. Also able to pull together financials from starting point with team to presenting to CFO.

8. Strong financial background and expert with budgets, and audit within Non-Profit specifically

9. Available for team to mentor, train, develop, while ensuring accounting and finance is running efficiently.

Requirements
