    Role Summary/Purpose:

    This role will serve as the Consumer Bank Digital Acquisitions Strategy Leader - with focus on accelerating adoption of Customer First marketing. This role will build out strategy that delivers improved user experience through well-defined customer journeys. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for development of strategy, test design and implementation, and driving improvements to key performance metrics. They will also manage programmatic agencies and work closely with digital Center of Excellence to ensure adoption of enterprise digital tools.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Lead efforts to develop and adopt Audience-First strategy and related roadmap; including build-out of Full-Funnel Customer Journeys across all touchpoints.

    • Create clear acquisition funnels, messaging and measurement for each stage in audience journey.

    • Work with analytics to create testing plans with clear up front objectives, audiences and KPIs. Ensure timely implementation of all tests.

    • Create test summaries that capture learnings, best practices & next steps.

    • Become subject matter expert in use of digital tools to gain audience insights and personalize acquisitions experience.

    • Partner with website/agile team to align on-site experience with acquisitions strategy.

    • Manage day to day relationships with strategic programmatic partners - including agencies and preferred DSP.

    • Work to ensure that non-programmatic media buys (social, premium and direct) align with broader Customer First approach

    • Manage budget and performance of designated media partners.

    • Partner with brand leader to ensure that all materials align with brand voice.

    • Own legal and compliance approval process; responsible for regular reviews of acquisitions creative to ensure accuracy.

    • Provide regular internal updates on campaigns and initiatives

    • Manage development of quarterly/annual business reviews and planning.

    • Other acquisitions responsibilities as needed.

    • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of degree, a high school diploma/GED and 9+ years of marketing, agency or vendor management experience focused on driving growth in digital channels

    • 5+ years of marketing, agency or vendor management experience focused on driving growth in digital channels; to include:

    • Experience with customer journey mapping (UX)

    • Experience working with technical teams

    • 2+ years of experience in vendor/project management

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Prior experience managing digital media agencies and/or working with digital measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics of Data Management Platforms.

    • Knowledge of Banking and Deposit accounts (i.e. Savings , Checking, CDs, etc.)

    • Agency or brand experience managing performance-drive programmatic campaigns.

    • Strategic thinking with ability to develop and implement actionable plans to drive business results.

    • Strong inter-personal skills, with ability to influence across cross-functional teams

    • Demonstrated project management skills. Strong problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to evaluate situations using multiple sources of information.

    • Strong PC proficiency (MS Office Suite) or comparable software applications.

    Grade/Level: 12

    The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

    Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

    Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

    Eligibility Requirements:

    • You must be 18 years or older

    • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

    • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

    • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

    • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
