    Job Summary

    Administer all aspects of the volleyball program and support the academic, athletic, and personal development of the team.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead the volleyball team during practices, competitions, and training sessions, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and achieving national competitiveness.

    • Identify, recruit, and retain student-athletes committed to academic and athletic excellence while fostering a positive and disciplined team culture.

    • Supervise, mentor, and develop staff, including full-time, part-time, and volunteer personnel.

    • Oversee daily program operations, including budget management, travel planning, scheduling, organizing camps/clinics, and compliance with all regulations.

    • Represent the volleyball program in community events, public appearances, and fundraising initiatives to enhance program visibility and support.

    • ]Perform other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree with five (5) years of playing and/or coaching experience; any other combination of relevant education and experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master's degree.

    • Division I playing and/or coaching experience.

    • Demonstrated success in recruiting, program development, and mentoring student-athletes.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    • Advanced knowledge of volleyball-specific technology and recruiting platforms.

    • Professional public speaking and relationship-building skills.

    • Professional knowledge of NCAA regulations.

    • Ability to drive a vehicle.

    Working Conditions

    Working outside in different weather situations, recruiting and competition related travel (by bus, car, air).
