Voice Recording Engineer (Jersey City)

Experis/ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Financial Services organization in Jersey City, NJ for a contract Voice Recording Engineer to assist their team. Will be a Hybrid role.

Title: Voice Recording Engineer

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 12-18 + months

Job Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ Years of experience in technology role in Voice Recording domain

• Experience working in the financial or banking industry, preferred

• Bachelors degree in technology discipline, equivalent technical certifications, or experience

• Demonstrated ability to work with regulated Lines of Business, Compliance and LegalSME in NICE Voice Recorder platform

• Expertise with Trading Floor and Voice technologies provided by vendors such as IPC

• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud

• Experience with Data Network and WORM Storage

• Knowledge of MySQL, SQL, Scripting, JTAPI, XML, LDAP, Syslog, Active Directory

• Exceptional organization skills including project/program management

• Data-driven approach to solutions who prioritizes telemetry availability when managing service

• Must be able to interact in a professional manner with End Users; must possess excellent time management and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong inter-personal skills; able to work both independently and in a team environment
