Job Description

Bosch Vehicle Motion North America is searching for a Co-op rotational student to help support the Virtual Vehicle testing department. The ideal candidate should be interested and passionate about automotive systems, vehicle dynamics, and simulation.

• Support Steering System Hardware-in-Loop team with product development tasks such as test support and testing chamber prep

• Document and maintain technical product data and procedures

• Assist with/Develop Testing scripts utilizing Matlab, Simulink, and CarSim

• Assist/Develop Data analysis scripts utilizing MATLAB or dSPACE Automation desk

• Assist with/Develop a Virtual Vehicle Environment

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or related field

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA

• Understanding of Mechanical/Electrical fundamentals

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Involvement in Formula SAE or Formula Baja preferred

• Strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Experience with Matlab/Simulink Preferred

• Experience with CarSim

• Proficient with hands on skills
