    This team includes an exciting portfolio of programs comprised of building and supporting technical solutions and customer missions - from software development to large-scale infrastructure management, mission support, cloud, AI/ML, cyber security, data analytics and more.

    Our work depends on a Vice President of Strategic Client Engagement to set vision, build strategy and help position GDIT as a strategic partner across the Intelligence Community, DOD and Civilian marketspaces. In this role, you will develop and guide GDIT's strategic approach to Client Engagement for Full Spectrum Cyber operations, development, deployment and sustainment reporting directly to the Sector's Vice President & General Manager.

    As the Strategic Client Engagement Executive, you will build GDIT's Brand Awareness and position GDIT as a Thought Leader. You will leverage existing and build new relationships with key decision makers across all relevant markers, including CIOs, CTOs, and other key influencers to identify, open and pursue new paths to market.

    The successful candidate will be adept at building relationships within the GDIT CTO organization, Technology SMEs, Business Development Teams and Sector leadership. We work and grow as a team. As the Strategic Client Engagement Executive, you will work to understand, articulate and showcase GDIT capabilities in order to champion technology-enabled innovation, offerings, and key partnerships.

    You will help GDIT protect our base and continue to grow and expand new business areas, while meeting or exceeding revenue and profit targets.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead creation of sector client Full Spectrum Cyber engagement strategy and the communication and execution of that plan

    Enhance GDIT brand Full Spectrum Cyber presence and community trust in GDIT and its services

    Develop relationships with key Government decision makers and influencers

    Strengthen alignment of organizational capabilities to client needs and mission excellence

    ·Build and strengthen strategic partnerships that align with sector objectives

    Support the protection of the sector's base work and continual growth and expansion into new areas of business.

    Participate in all phases of the capture and growth life-cycle, providing the "voice of the customer", including color reviews and proposal and content development.

    Assist in the formulation of promotional and profile-raising activities for sector leadership and key customers, where appropriate.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    TS/SCI with Polygraph

    Master's Degree and 20+ years of progressive leadership experience

    Proven experience driving culture and leading a dynamic mission-focused team through transformation.

    Strong strategy development and implementation experience, directing multiple large teams

    Experience with federal proposal processes, delivery and execution

    Proven aptitude for teaching, coaching and mentoring talent.

    Local to the DC metro area is preferred, or ability to travel to program sites and customer meetings as needed is required

    The likely salary range for this position is $229,840 - $310,960. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
