OVERVIEW:
Merrick is seeking a Vice President of Information Systems to be located in our Greenwood Village, Colorado Headquarters. The Vice President of Information Systems (IS) reports to the CFO and is responsible for leading and overseeing the development, implementation, and management of the organization’s IS infrastructure and systems. This role ensures that the overall IS strategy and all technological resources are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and operational needs.
Typical annual pay range for this position is $220,000.00 - $270,000.00. Pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Client projects for this position require U.S. Citizenship.
BS/BA or University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Fifteen plus (15+) years of progressive experience providing IS business support and strategy.
Proven experience serving as a business process transformation leader, particularly in the context of the “Customer Experience”, to include portals, technology approach, change management, end-to-end business processes.
Experience utilizing leading-edge technologies to enable revenue generation.
Executive-level presence and the ability to effectively present to, and engage with, all levels within the broader organization.
Ability to assess complex IS environment, develop and execute a plan of action to improve operational effectiveness.
Experience selecting and managing IS service providers and ability to manage multiple IS initiatives.
Strong leadership and clear communication skills that inspire followership is a must. The ability to recruit, develop, and lead teams effectively in multiple locations is critical.
Successful cross-functional experience (Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Human Resources).
Demonstrated ability to quickly assess issues and make effective decisions in a dynamic business environment.

AEC industry experience strongly preferred.
