    Responsibilities/Qualifications:

    First Equity Mortgage, a subsidiary of Drees Homes, is seeking a dynamic Vice President - National Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and facilitating Drees Homes financed purchase loans through exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage relationships with Drees Divisional Management, Sales Managers and Market Managers to maximize team efforts to sell homes and originate mortgages

    • Ensure First Equity meets desired capture rate, margins, profitability, and customer service goals

    • Staff and train Loan Officers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to meet both Drees and First Equity objectives

    • Manage and assign responsibilities to Loan Officers to maximize efficiency and distribution of workload

    • Provide finance related sales tools such as extended locks and relative marketing information to Drees sales staff

      by working in conjunction with FEM secondary marketing

    • Monitor Loan Officers to ensure they are compliant with guidelines established by regulatory agencies to avoid risk

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Results oriented with strong organization and negotiation skills

    • Analytical problem solver with the ability to see the big picture

    • High level of personal and professional integrity

    • Customer focused, self-motivated and positive attitude

    • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

    Requirements:

    • College degree required, in related field preferred

    • Valid NMLS license

    • Minimum 8-10 years personal Mortgage Loan Originator experience

    • Minimum 3-5 years Mortgage Loan Origination Management experience

    • Experience in the residential construction loan origination industry a plus

    This position is in our First Equity Mortgage Fort Mitchell, KY office.
