    As a Marketing Strategy Lead, Small Business Partnerships, you will establish and manage complex industry partnerships and develop, refine, and implement partnership strategies. You will lead external partner relationships, collaborating with cross-business and cross-functional teams to drive program performance and partnership compliance. This position reports to the Small Business Marketing Director - Industry and Platform Development, and sits within the Chase Branded Cards (CBC) organization, a key business within Chase's Consumer and Community Banking group.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and execution of business partnership strategy in the small business space

    • Influence stakeholders across matrixed organization to gain alignment

    • Initiate new external partnerships and manage existing relationships

    • Work cross-functionally with the Chase Branded Cards teams and other Connected Commerce and Business Banking lines of business to shape partner benefit strategy and execution

    • Support marketing plans ensuring delivery on contractual commitments as well as internal and external objectives through collaboration with Corporate Development, Government Relations, Communications, Marketing, and Finance teams

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree with preference for candidates with focus in Marketing, Communications or related field

    • 7-10 years progressive partnership management experience, preferably in a financial services or large corporate firm environment, with a strong record of accomplishment managing successful partnerships

    • Strong relationship development and management skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners

    • Experience managing partnership agreements to deliver on partner objectives and commitments

    • Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to develop and refine partnership strategies

    • Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, interpersonal skills, and creative problem-solving skills

    • Pro-active, action-oriented and results-driven

    • Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

    • Exceptional communication and executive presence across varying seniority levels

    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

    • B2B/SMB industry experience

    • MBA or advanced degree
