    Location: Remote from Calgary or Edmonton

    Vets to Go is currently welcoming a full time, Client Care representative to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual to join us in a very important support role for the entire hospital. In this role, you will help our clients and their pets feel welcomed and appreciated!

    • Excellent customer service skills; a real aptitude for putting pets and pet parents at ease and creating a welcoming interaction with callers

    • Ability to answer a multiline phone system and track and book appointments effectively

    • Scheduling appointments; Admitting and discharging pet patients

    • Invoicing/billing; creating estimates and processing payments

    • Take initiative and work independently

    • A Veterinary Assistant (VA) or Veterinary Assistant Office Administration (VAOA) program certificate is an asset

    • Willingness to learn more regarding; veterinary services, updated medical office procedures

    • A love for all companion animals!!
