Veterinary Customer Service Representative

Client Service Representative (GP and ER) Part-time or Full-time

VCA McCormick Ranch Animal Hospital and Emergency Center is seeking an experienced ER Client Service Representative to join our team. We are a unique hybrid hospital. We offer general wellness and emergency services.

Schedule: Saturday-Tuesday (Day Shift), Hours Flexible

As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Patient triage

Admitting and discharging patients

Going over discharge instructions and medications with clients

Assisting Doctors and support staff when needed

Managing communications between Doctors and clients

Maintenance of reception area, and exam rooms

Answering a high volume of phone calls
