Situated in the heart of Natchez, MS, is the site where Learner's Mill opened up in 1828 and operated as a sawmill until ~~~ offer the local community and tourists daily entertainment with numerous slot machines, poker, black jack and roulette tables, delicious dining options and weekend entertainment. In addition to our boasting casino, we operate a beautiful hotel with the areas only saltwater pool.

    Are you a fun and energetic person with a desire to grow your career in the casino industry? Magnolia Bluffs is looking for a Vault Manager to oversee the casino's Cash Operations. The ideal candidate manages the day-to-day cash operations ensuring compliance with internal controls and Mississippi Gaming Commission. Specific job duties include:

    • Hire, train, evaluate and coach department personnel.
    • Create and adjust employees schedules ensuring proper coverage levels at peak business times while managing the department labor budget.
    • Oversee cashiering activities and ensure cash handling compliance.
    • Provide cashier support when staffing levels are insufficient.
    • Monitors, fills and assists with repairs to self service cash kiosks.
    • Follows, trains and enforces all internal control procedures as well as compliance requirements from Mississippi State Gaming Commission.
    • Oversees the validation and payout of lottery tickets.
    • Responsible for the accurate management, activities and reporting of the Main Bank.
    • Performs all other duties assigned.
    • Promotes outstanding customer relations.

    The candidate that will be most successful in this role will have a High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree or related coursework is preferred. Three years of experience in a supervisory role that oversees cashiers or bank tellers is mandatory. Additional skills such as knowledge of Currency Transaction Reporting or gaming rules and regulations is helpful but not required. Candidate must be well versed with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, World) as this software is used daily. This position will require a state gaming license that will need to be upkept. All expenses for licensing are covered by Magnolia Bluffs Casino.
