This opportunity is in Bentonville, Arkansas where we are expanding our awesome design community in our new, state-of-the-art campus.

As a UX Designer, your role will involve simplifying intricate workflows and information to create easy-to-use experiences. You'll be responsible for bringing a high l evel of craft to your work and ensuring the usability of the experiences you create. You'll utilize our Design System which will help deliver consistent and improved experiences on a larger scale. Y ou'll also have the opportunity to contribute to our Design System by introducing new components . Your storytelling abilities will come into play as you effectively present the rationale behind your product designs to your broader cross-functional team .

Preferred qualifications:

• Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and 2+ year s of experience in product design .

• Have a fantastic portfolio of elegant design solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 2 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 4 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.

Design certification (for example, IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate), Driving product development in a user experience area, Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Interactive and Visual Design, Product Design, or related area, Related industry experience (for example, retail, supply chain, eCommerce, healthcare), UI/UX, Interactive and Visual Design, Electronics Art, Multimedia Design, or related area, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
