Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Utilities Market Lead in the Bay area. This is a critical hire, and we are committed to finding the right candidate who can drive business growth and manage client relationships effectively. The ideal candidate will be well-connected within the municipal (preferably utility) sector in Bay County and respected by local municipal clients. The candidate will be responsible for:

Lead business development efforts to expand our presence in the Bay County market.

Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Oversee project management for public infrastructure and utility projects.

Achieve assigned targets for new contract bookings.

Collaborate with the Pensacola-based team to execute project work.

Contribute to business development and practice management efforts in the Pensacola market as needed.
