Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturer, is seeking a Contract Administrator II to join their team. As a Contract Administrator II, you will be part of the Customer Services department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Contract Administrator II
Location: Monroe, NC
Pay Range: $41.06 per hour
What's the Job?
Serve as the primary customer interface for contracting matters, ensuring compliance with negotiated terms and conditions.
Establish and maintain trust and cooperation with government and commercial customers.
Manage the contractual relationship with customers, including obtaining quote approvals and resolving overdue accounts receivable issues.
Coordinate hardware demand with customers and the demand management team.
Work closely with various departments including Program Management, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to support contract execution.
What's Needed?
University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Proficiency in O365, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience with SAP and financial aspects of contract pricing is preferred.
Strong understanding of aerospace business practices.
Ability to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
