  • The Digital Design Eng Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the creation of innovative user experiences and designing intuitive user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including internal strategy, creative, and production teams, and external developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to understand user needs and translate them into visually stunning and functional design solutions. This role requires a unique blend of user experience design expertise and architectural thinking, combining strategic vision with hands-on design execution.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to final implementation, ensuring high-quality user experiences and visually appealing interfaces.

    Conduct user research, gather insights, and identify user needs to inform design decisions.

    Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interaction flows, and define functional spec documents.

    Apply architectural principles to design scalable, modular, and efficient user interfaces that align with business goals and technical constraints.

    Collaborate with project teams to define project requirements and priorities, and effectively communicate design solutions.

    Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine design concepts.

    Assist in generating prototypes for the purposes of modeling, communicating, and demonstrating key aspects of the user experience

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UX/UI design and architecture.

    Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design culture within the team.

    Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and design patterns to ensure consistency across products.

    Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative activities to drive innovation and improve design quality.

    Work with the analytics discipline to assist in defining marketing success measurements, KPIs and other performance metrics

    Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and client-facing skills

    Qualifications:

    5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing user-centered interfaces for complex digital products.

    UX/UI - Demonstrate an understanding of User Centered Design (UCD) principles, responsive design and performance data-driven design principles; assist in providing rationale and supporting data for UX recommendations; contribute in developing experiences and mapping customer journeys; has passion for representing the user POV and an intense curiosity about why people do what they do

    Content Strategy - work with copy and design to develop appropriate content structures that deliver on strategic goals.

    User Testing and Research - plan for and conduct various user and usability tests working both internally and with external vendors. Create task lists and scripts to engage and extract actionable feedback from test participants.

    Information Architecture - Has the ability to learn and understand to map out information architectures in the form of site maps, user flows and other organizational diagrams linked to user needs

    Research - Synthesizes diverse information; collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to compliment data in creating digital marketing solutions

    Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; works well in group problem solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics

    Client - present UI/UX concepts in an understandable, persuasive, and non-technical manner

    Must be proficient with Figma for wireframes and prototypes.

    Education:

    Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
