Job Title: PC/Printer Field Service Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused HP PC/Printer Field Service Technician to provide hardware support and related services for HP's PC products, including laptops, desktops, RPOS, workstations, and printers. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires strong technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, customer service excellence, and adaptability. As a Field Service Technician, you will handle break/fix situations on-site, educate customers about technology, and uphold HP's commitment to customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site repair, configuration, and installation of hardware, software, and network components for HP PC products and printers.
Troubleshoot various hardware issues, including third-party software and network components, to ensure optimal performance.
Assist with technical action plans in collaboration with escalation teams to remediate hardware issues promptly.
Serve as a customer-facing representative, managing service events with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
Build strong, positive relationships with customers through effective verbal and written communication.
Educate customers on HP technology solutions, addressing any questions or concerns.
Maintain awareness of HP's contractual obligations and align service delivery to meet business and customer needs.
Make well-informed, business-oriented decisions to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to HP's standard business policies and document service activities accurately.
Prioritize, plan, and manage daily tasks independently, re-prioritizing as necessary to meet customer and contract requirements.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
Hardware technology training and demonstrated technical/mechanical aptitude.
Experience in technical hardware repair and customer-facing roles.
Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 50 pounds of equipment.
Dress Code: Business Professional - Black slacks and blue collared shirt.
