As an Enterprise Sales Leader at Apple, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Apple technology within Fortune 50 companies. You will direct a team of enterprise account executives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to grow Apple's presence in the enterprise market, with a specific emphasis on the Fortune 50. This role is a field based role that does not have a geo based location but will require up to 50% domestic travel.
Description
Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers within Fortune 50 companies, understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives to position Apple as a strategic partner. Sales Leadership: Lead a team of enterprise account executives, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Collaboration: We work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, support, and channel partners, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer success. Customer Engagement: Engage with C-level executives and other senior partners to present Apple's value proposition, with a focus on enterprise solutions that align with their business goals. Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow Apple's footprint and driving new revenue streams. Deal Execution: Lead sophisticated, multi-faceted sales cycles from opportunity identification, navigating large/sophisticated deal negotiations to closing, ensuring a high level of customer happiness throughout the process. Innovation and Building Solutions at Scale: We drive innovation by promoting the adoption of Apple's latest technologies, including AI, machine learning, and emerging enterprise solutions. Develop and implement scalable solutions that address the unique challenges of large enterprises, ensuring impactful business transformation. Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive continuous improvement. Team Development: We foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation within the team, ensuring alignment with Apple's values and strategic objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling to Fortune 50 companies.
Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and managing impactful sales teams, with a focus on strategic account management and enterprise sales.
Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of enterprise customers' needs, challenges, and buying behaviors, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
Critical Thinking and Business Insight: Strong business sense, with the ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with Apple's business objectives and drive measurable business outcomes.
Results Oriented: Highly motivated and focused, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Technical Savvy: Knowledge of Apple's product ecosystem and how it integrates with enterprise environments.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Advanced Education: MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Advanced Experience: Previous experience in technology sales is preferred.
Advanced Foresight: Knowledge with emerging technologies, such as AI and machine learning, is a plus.
Ambiguity: Ability to adapt to change and find the right path without necessarily having all of the pieces to the puzzle.
