  • Job Title: Administrative Assistant

    Location: Onsite - Greensboro NC

    Pay Rate: $45/hr.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Providing clerical/data input support for various office administrative systems, performing word processing work

    Managing office supply inventory, preparing purchase orders, and processing/delivering office supply requests

    Sorting and delivering mail/packages and preparing mail/packages for shipping

    Copying documents for small scale projects and performing routine maintenance on mail/copy room equipment

    Coordinating the logistics for office events

    Coordinating the logistics for office moves (e.g., moving office furniture, packing files, etc.).

    Administrative Assistant on Professional level applies practical knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience

    (position typically requires 2 to 5 years relevant experience).

    May require the following proficiency

    Works independently with general supervision.

    Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.

    May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
