    Job Description

    We are looking for a UX/UI Developer to design and develop user-friendly online web experiences across multiple form factors, ensuring that all designs conform to accessibility requirements. This position will be full-time and remote.

    What You'll Do

    • Design and develop responsive web applications that provide a seamless user experience across various devices and platforms

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define project requirements, and deliver high-quality user interfaces

    • Implement UI designs using modern development frameworks such as ~~~ or React

    • Ensure that all web experiences conform to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)

    • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve user interfaces

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge and user-friendly

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UI/UX to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction

    What You'll Need

    Required

    • 5 to 10 years of experience in UX/UI development

    • Proven experience with UI development frameworks such as ~~~ or React

    • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and techniques

    • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices (e.g., WCAG)

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

    Preferred

    • A portfolio showcasing your previous UX/UI projects and demonstrating expertise in creating user-centric designs

    Physical Demands

    • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

    • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

    • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
