Treasury Analyst

Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Treasury Analyst in Troy, Michigan. This role is in the manufacturing industry and the workplace is based in a dynamic environment. The main job function will be to manage cash activities, account reconciliation, and conduct treasury activities in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of cash activities and updating cash forecasts

• Downloading and reconciling bank statements on a daily basis

• Conducting account reconciliation between SAP and Bank Account

• Monitoring and updating cash forecast, including AR receipts and Interco

• Resolving banking issues such as returned ACH and incorrect bank transactions

• Clearing cash accounts in a timely manner

• Conducting net debt reconciliation between SAP and Bank Account

• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to treasury activities

• Conducting month-end journal entries related to cash management and treasury activities

• Utilizing skills in Accounting Functions, Cash Activity, Compliance, Treasury Activities, Daily Cash Management, Bank Account Reconciliation, Cash Clearing, and Month-end Journal Entries for efficient execution of tasks.

Requirements - Proficiency in Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Cash Activity

• Understanding of Compliance procedures and regulations

• In-depth knowledge about Treasury Activities

• Ability to handle Daily Cash Management

• Proficiency in Bank Account Reconciliation

• Experience in Cash Clearing activities

• Ability to prepare Month-end Journal Entries
