    Male Assistant

    TRAVERSE CITY, MI (OPEN TO ALL U.S. CANDIDATES)—A wonderful family-owned facilities management firm, specializing in managing condominium associations, commercial properties, and estate facilities, is seeking a customer service-oriented FULL-TIME ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER.

    The successful candidate must have the ability to meet expectations, deadlines, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to work independently. A professional image and a background in Customer Service are required. This is a great fit for someone who loves to learn and has extensive office experience.     Requirements

    • Experience with direct customer service.
    • Strong Computer Skills, Word processing, Internet, e-mail plus the ability to operate general office equipment.
    • Excellent communicator, team player, resourceful, organized and mindful of time management.
    • Receptive to learning new tools and exchanging knowledge.
    • Accustomed to going above and beyond.
    • Minimum of 40 hours per week.
    • Must have valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
