Traveling Federal Superintendent

• We are currently seeking a Superintendent with 5+ years of experience with federal or commercial projects

• This role starts as a 90-day contract to work on a roof on a hangar with the potential to work on the next phase of the project (site civil)

• Federal project located in DFW

• Per diem, lodging, PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, and other benefits

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of a new roof on a hangar

• Ensure project completion within the specified 90-day timeline

• Coordinate with the project team, including QC and Safety personnel on site

• Maintain compliance with OSHA 30 safety standards

• Potentially serve as the Site Safety and Health Officer if needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent

• Experience with projects valued $2M+

• Federal experience is preferred but not mandatory

• Roofing experience is preferred but not mandatory

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $57.00
