Tool Equipment Administrator

Description

A company in North Houston is seeking a Tool Equipment Administrator on a contract to hire basis. This will be an in-office role working Monday-Friday from 7/7:30-4PM. Ideal candidate will have some background in logistics or inventory management as well as experience with SAP. If you are interested and qualified in this role, please apply today!

Specific Accountabilities (not all-inclusive)

Update company records.

Transfer tools going to rework and close work orders when received in.

Maintain Tool Administration email box.

Research and maintain temporary tools and tools left on location list for the company.

Assist other departments with various projects when time permits.

Perform all duties so as to meet the responsibilities listed in the Employee and Corporate HSE Handbooks.

Perform duties according to the Company's quality system procedures and work instructions.

Requirements

Qualifications

High School Diploma

Mechanical aptitude

Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Previous administrative experience

Data Entry experience is required

Previous Oil and Gas industry experience an asset
