Title Clerk

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Vehicle Title Clerk for our On-line Auto Tag and Insurance Agency. The ideal candidate has prior experience in an Auto Tag Agency, Dealership, Retail Insurance Agency or PennDOT. The candidate should understand PennDOT transactions such as how to process vehicle titles, registrations, driver's licenses and other PennDOT transactions. Prior experience processing apportioned work is a major plus, but not required.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process Pennsylvania & Out-of-State Vehicle Titles
• Issue License Plates
• Issue Vehicle Registrations
• Process Driver's License Renewals
• Process Driver's License and Vehicle Restorations
• Process All PennDOT Transactions

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage incoming calls
• Provide general support to our insurance agents
• Generate sales leads
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

SKILLS

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

DETAILS

Schedule: The office is open Monday-Saturday. This role would be scheduled to work 5 out of those days

Shift: 8 hours

Experience: Auto Tags or Title Clerk: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification: Agent Training Certification (Preferred)
