Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Testing Coordinator to join their team. As a Testing Coordinator, you will be part of the Consumer Lending Marketing Services supporting various product teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a keen eye for detail which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Act as a liaison between Product Leaders, End users, and Technology groups to ensure quality outcomes for customers.

• Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive testing strategies and plans.

• Drive quality outcomes by supporting technology initiatives for moderately complex business challenges.

• Evaluate business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth planning and direction for successful resolution.

• Utilize quality tools to assist in improving testing processes across digital environments.

• Experience in testing coordination within digital environments.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and resolve complex business problems.

• Ability to work collaboratively across business, product, analytics, and testing teams.

• Excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions between diverse groups.
