Responsibilities:
Duties: Prep for and Produce high quality food according to recipes & menus or assigned special in a timely, organized manner. Prepare, season & cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant and/or according to BEO. Plate up for meals. Ensure a high level of sanitation & safety at all times.
Qualifications:
No minimum education or experience required.
Must be able to obtain ServSafe Food Handlers Certification.
Must be able to obtain RAMP Alcohol Serving Certification
Must pass a post-employment criminal background check, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B.
Workers are subject to reasonable and/or post-injury/incident drug-testing, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Employer will offer a minimum 35 hours of work per week.
Hotel is open 7 days a week, workdays vary Sunday-Saturday. Rotating schedule, shift
times 5am-1:30pm, 6am-2:30pm, 7am-3:30pm, 12pm-8:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, 4pm-12:30am, and 5pm-1:30am (Includes
unpaid break). Workdays and shift times may vary with occupancy.
This position wage and hours are covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement as follows: Basic wage rate: Hire $17.70 per hour, after 3-months of
employment basic wage rate $18.69 per hour, after 6-months of employment basic wage rate $19.67 per hour. Employer may increase wage based on
experience performance, tenure, market conditions, and/or as set forth in CBA. Effective October 1, 2025, wage increase to basic wage rate $20.17
per hour. Overtime hours may be available at $26.55 per hour. Effective October 1, 2025, overtime will be paid at $30.26 per hour. An overtime
premium will be paid when Work performed by an employee in excess of eight hours in a workday (ten hours for employees working a four ten-hour
workweek), 40 hours in any one workweek, or on the sixth or seventh day of work in the same workweek, shall be considered as overtime, and
compensation shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times his/her regular hourly rate, unless such sixth or seventh day is voluntary in order to
secure more hours of work. Overtime at time and one-quarter shall be paid for all hours worked on the eighth consecutive day of work with time and
one-half for hours worked on the ninth consecutive day of work, and double time on the tenth and continuing consecutive days (eleventh, twelfth, etc.)
of work regardless of workweek. (These provisions for premium pay on a sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth and continuing consecutive days of work
set forth in the CBA are waived for any employee requesting to work such a schedule.)
A single workweek will be used in computing wages due. Pay received weekly.
Employer will provide on-the-job training.
Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. This position is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement and
subject to payment of Union Dues, which will be deducted from payroll as required. Monthly Union Dues $41.25 per month.
Optional employee shared housing available, including utilities and all meals in employee cafeteria, at approx. $150.00 per week, payroll deducted if
employee elects. Optional health insurance is available, cost varies depending on plan chosen, payroll deducted if employee chooses to enroll. Public
transportation within walking distance from worksite. Optional one meal during shift available at no cost to employee.
If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the
place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or
pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except
where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s

voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable
common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59 per day
with receipts. If necessary, employer will reimburse worker within first pay period for approved cost of meals and lodging at the applicable exchange
rate, not to exceed reasonable costs. Receipts must be submitted.
The employer will reimburse H-2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those
mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
The employer will provide worker at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job. Uniform provided at no charge to the worker.
The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
