As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Tele Chat / Live Chat Support Agent to join our team. This position can be either remote or office-based, providing flexibility for our employees.

    Job Description:
    As a Tele Chat / Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our chat platforms. Your main objective will be to assist our customers with any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have, while maintaining a positive and professional tone.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner through our chat platforms
    • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and going above and beyond in your interactions
    • Document all customer interactions and inquiries for future reference
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
    • Continuously strive to improve and optimize our chat support processes and systems

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
    • Proficient in using various chat platforms and customer support software
    • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond for customers
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
    • Flexibility to work in a remote or office-based setting
