Our client, Automotive Manufacturing is seeking a Technician to join their team. As a Technician , you will be part of the Manufacturing department supporting . The ideal candidate will have Validate, Troubleshoot which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $24 - $27/hr
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Validate service procedures directly on vehicles.
Identify and correct errors, and suggest optimizations in service procedures.
Conduct time studies for removal and installation processes.
Document validations and time studies comprehensively.
Communicate project status to leadership as needed.
Undertake special assignments as requested.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
At least 2 ASE Certifications (specifically A1-A8).
Automotive Servicing: Proficiency in performing maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including diagnostics, inspections, and preventative maintenance
Time Study Analysis: Ability to conduct detailed time studies to measure the duration of various repair and maintenance tasks
Service Procedure Validation: Skills in validating and optimizing service procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Technical Documentation: Competence in documenting procedures, time studies, and validations clearly and comprehensively
ASE Certifications: Holding at least two ASE certifications (A1-A8), which demonstrate specialized knowledge and skills in automotive repair
These skills are crucial for ensuring that repair processes are efficient, accurate, and well-documented, ultimately contributing to better service quality and customer satisfaction.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in time studies and documentation is essential
Problem-Solving: Identifying inefficiencies and finding ways to optimize processes requires strong analytical skills
Communication: Clearly documenting procedures and effectively communicating findings and project status to leadership

Customer Service: Understanding and addressing the needs of internal and external customers

Collaborating on Time Studies: Working with other technicians to conduct time studies, sharing insights and observations to ensure accurate measurements and identify potential improvements
Validating Procedures: Partnering with service managers and other team members to validate and refine service procedures, ensuring they are efficient and effective
Knowledge Sharing: Regularly communicating with colleagues to share best practices, new techniques, and lessons learned from various projects
Problem-Solving: Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot issues that arise during the disassembly and reassembly processes, leveraging diverse perspectives to find the best solutions
Supporting Special Assignments: Assisting team members with special projects or assignments, providing additional manpower or expertise as needed
Communicating Project Status: Keeping leadership and team members informed about project progress, challenges, and successes, ensuring everyone is aligned and can contribute effectively
