Responsibilities

• What You'll Do

• V2X is seeking a technical trainer, to support their client with developing, facilitating and instructing system processes/functions and role-based training for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) workforce.

• Training is based on the required functions identified by the Acquire-to-Retire (A2R) lifecycle property management process in the PeopleSoft Asset Management (PSAM) System, which serves as the Total Asset Management (TAM) Accountable Property System of Record (APSR).

• Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and instruct TAM functions and role base training to the NGA workforce based on the required functions identified to manage assets in a property system.

• Develop and conduct classroom and web-based training for customers with differing needs, including Managers, Asset Custodians, Program Asset Managers, Contracting Officers, and Program Managers.

• Design instructional workbook materials used in training including hands-on experiences, worksheets, review games, course objectives, and course agendas.

• Conduct quarterly training to 340 Asset Custodians and 93 Program Asset Managers.

• Review new and existing asset management courseware for improvements and revision.

• Develop NCERT Taskers to advertise the corresponding FY Quarterly training requirement

• Validate on a quarterly basis all Asset Custodians and Program Asset Managers and report metrics within PeopleSoft property system.

• Track all Asset Custodians and Program Asset Managers training certificates for audit proposes.

• Ensure Asset Custodians are trained on how to process accountable property transfers, relocations, additions, deletions, and losses utilizing PeopleSoft property system.

• Ensure that Asset Custodians and Program Asset Managers are trained to effectively manage assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications

• Education

• Bachelors in English, Education or Related Technical Field OR One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

• Experience

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience with technical curriculum development and maintenance

• Demonstrated understanding of the Acquire-to-Retire (A2R) lifecycle property management process

• Security Clearance

• TS/SCI w/ CI Poly
