Technical Support Representative - Evernorth Health Services

If so, prepare to innovate, create, and inspire. The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for maintain computer hardware asset inventory and organize our site operations for success. Applicants should be prepared for a dynamic , fast-paced work environment that demands physical endurance and stamina.

Responsibilities

• Support the collection of all delivered and Returned IT equipment.

• Organized and unbox all delivered and returned IT equipment.

• Sort all Electronic waste in accordance with Cigna EverNorth Policies and practices.

• Support the closure of Service Request Management tickets in relation to the returned and delivered IT equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, bachelor's, or associate degree preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Experience with manually operated forklifts.

• Expeirence to spend extended periods of time on.

• Demonstrate frequent bending, stooping, and reaching for performing tasks onsite.

• Support the end-of-life onsite activities to organize, palletize, and package all end-of-life IT equipment to be provided back to our lease marketers or provide all aged electronic waste to our E-waste disposal vendors.

• Support the activities to update our computer hardware asset inventory systems, which notify the computer hardware asset management team of device whereabouts within our stockroom locations and when in transit for our end-of-life equipment.

• Support routine inventory audits and inventory cycle counts.

• Partner with cross-functional support teams to support onsite asset management activities.

• Keep work areas clean and organized, regularly empty wastebaskets that accrued from returned packaging materials.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
