The Role

Technical Project Manager I

Location

This is a Work from Home position within the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities

• Provides technical direction to engineering projects and services in the Disconnect workflow, from Order Entry, Design, Offnet & hybrid relationships, and billing.

• Analyzes data to identify root causes and makes recommendations for performance improvement.

• Participate and support UATs as needed to support disconnect transformation.

• Proactively identify and champion result(s) of disconnect process issues.

• Develop and execute quality auditing of offshore and onshore technicians executing disconnect work.

• Provides input into appropriate training and documentation around disconnection processes and/or new systems for Order Entry, Design and Offnet.

• Collaborate with teams and multiple departments to continuously improve functional areas through process and strategic development.

• Acts as a liaison between technical and non-technical key stakeholders to understand evolving issues and requirements, understand upstream and downstream implications and dependencies, ensuring key solutions are executed and properly coordinated.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related experience

3+ years related experience

Highly organized and data driven.

Root cause analysis and process mapping experience

Skilled with Teams, MS SharePoint, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel

Preferred

Project Management experience

5+ years Telecom or related industry experience

Lean and/or Six Sigma experience or certification

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$55,313 - $73,750 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY

$58,078 - $77,438 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$60,844 - $81,125 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
