The Team:
The Oracle Database Developer Relations Team (DB DevRel) is a group of highly creative, innovative creators that bring Oracle Database products and services to life! We are part of the Database product development team and build technical content, demos/apps, videos, blogs, and share those on websites, social channels and developer conferences to encourage use of Database by developers. We sponsor developer conferences and virtual events, partner with Universities and coding bootcamps, build developer focused programs to make it easy for developers to find and use Database, and we manage web sites, authority pages, and SEO for Database. Our team is global, work collaboratively across all lines of business, and is responsible for all Database products.

What You'll Bring (Objective Minimum Qualifications):
To be considered for a Technical Program Manager position in the Database Technologies organizations, you must possess the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below.

Have graduated with a Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics (or an equivalent science/engineering field) within 12 months of actual start date. Start date for all new grad roles: Summer/Fall 2025
Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate abstract ideas.
Ability to prioritize and escalate as needed.
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
Working knowledge of common technologies such as relational databases, Java and frameworks such as React, and familiarity with open-source technologies.
Experience with Confluence and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Proactiveness and taking initiative even if the tasks are outside the role, and excellent time management skills to follow through to get work done and delivered on time.
Experience with SQL or Oracle Database preferred.
Have completed at least one internship, research assistantship, teaching assistantship, or equivalent practical experience working with the relevant areas noted above.
Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US.
Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2025.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $63,300 to $101,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
