CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented manager (M2)/Senior TECHINT analyst to manage approximately ten to twelve CACI Technical Intelligence (TECHINT) and Identity Intelligence (I2) Analysts on the I2 Exploitation Team at the Army National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC).
In this role you must display a detailed understanding of Technical Intelligence (TECHINT) tradecraft and methodologies (i.e. device profiling, construction signatures analysis, trend and pattern analysis and comparative analysis) associated with junior, mid, and senior-level analysts and directly support the professional development of subordinate team members.
Additionally, you will have senior level knowledge of the intelligence cycle, forensic and exploitation-derived intelligence and reporting, F3EAD and other analytical methodologies to support the research, discovery, and analysis of key individuals and networks and will ensure analytical products and methodologies will provide decision makers with the appropriate relevant information to achieve their objectives for plans and operations.
6-Month Rotational Deployment is Required*
While deployed, you will be embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners.
What You'll Get To Do:
Responsible for managing a 10 to twelve-person team and coordinating intelligence support with multiple stakeholders.
Interface with various levels of the prime program leadership, contract mission team leads and CACI leadership.
Ensure all projects are delivered within compliance, scope, time, and budget constraints.
Ensure policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.
Apply basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution. Typically requires advanced understanding and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Formulating policies for managing daily operations and planning the use of materials and human resources.
Support business development and capture planning across the business sector.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TOP SECRET/SCI Clearance
10 years of experience and a BA/BS degree, 14 years or more of experience can be substituted for the Minimum Degree Requirements
Meet qualifications for a SENIOR TECHINT Analyst labor category, with experience in identity-based targeting, counterintelligence analysis, forensic-enable intelligence, and IC-complaint FINTEL under the umbrella of NGIC I2.
Ability to write, review and edit tactical- to operational-level assessments for the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense organizations (Special Operations).
Demonstrate senior-level understanding of the tradecraft needed to perform functions specific to TECHINT LCAT.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment.
Apply Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203, Analytic Standards (~~~) which govern the production and evaluation of analytic products, articulating analyst responsibilities and the rigor in their analytic thinking and work practices.
Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.
Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to mission team leads, functional staff and government stakeholders.
Advanced understanding of CACI timekeeping procedures
Ability and comfortability to evaluate and provide feedback to subordinates.
Patience and willingness to mentor/coach subordinates
Willingness to counsel subordinates verbally and, as necessary, in writing, while working in conjunction with CACI HR and I2AS leadership
Ability to monitor FTO usage and make FTO approval/denial decisions in coordination with the CACI I2AS Program Manger
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Experience with analytical tools and databases including, but not limited to: I2AR, SOFEX, WEAT, Catapult, Chrome, Analyst Notebook, TIDE, Pulse, QLIX, DataXplorer, PROTON, HYDRA, Babel Street, SKOPE Tools, and CHIMERA
In-depth knowledge of the Army's Identity I2 framework and contribute to emerging tradecraft.
Knowledge of the NGIC's organization, mission, and partners
Experience with high visibility analytical missions which may result in legal prosecution.
