Technical Business Analyst

Description

Technical Business Analyst opportunity with an emphasis on Power Platform development projects.

Responsibilities

• Accurately capturing and clarifying user stories, along with their documentation

• Conducting gap analysis to identify areas for improvement or enhancement

• Utilizing Atlassian Jira and CRM for project management and customer relationship management

• Developing and managing business process mapping to streamline operations

• Utilizing Excel and Word for data analysis and documentation

• Performing AB Testing to ensure optimal user experience

• Working within an Agile Scrum framework to maintain project timelines and deliverables

• Creating and maintaining a Business Requirement Document to keep track of project requirements

• Administering claims using Claim Administration tools and protocols

• Leveraging technologies including Power, Power Apps, and Power Automate to improve business operations

• Using Visio for visualizing data and process flow.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the role of a Technical Business Analyst

• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking.

• Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

• Ability to conduct effective Gap Analysis to identify discrepancies between business requirements and current system capabilities.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology for project management.

• Deep understanding of Business Process Functions within the Service industry.

• Experience in creating detailed Business Requirement Documents.

• Knowledge of Claim Administration processes and best practices.

• Proficiency in Power, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Familiarity with a wide range of technologies.

• Knowledge of the technology stack, including but not limited to Visio.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
